About Us

Advanced Climate Seal Systems was formed by Sandra Cardet and Matt Morrison, as it became obvious to them that there was a need for a professionally managed company that could fill the void for Spray Urethane Foam roofing and insulation services not presently found in Southern California.

Cardet, a General Building Contractor with over 20 year’s experience, required a good Foam Roofing company to perform work on one of her construction projects. After many phone calls and disappointments, she finally understood the extent of the problem: there were serious availability and reliability problems with virtually all the Spray Foam Roofers in her area. This negative experience led her to an investigation of the history of the industry and the companies that were servicing her area.

With this new knowledge, she decided that the benefits of SPF far outweighed the risks. Her determination to introduce a professional business model previously unknown to her competitors led her to appeal to her good friend, Matt Morrison, for help.

Morrison, a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in sales and marketing, immediately saw the need for, and the potential of the product. He recognized that the industry was in fact, in its infancy, and that there was tremendous room for growth. He realized that the public’s awareness of the need for energy efficiency, and low environmental impact was increasing year by year, and that the days of the uninformed homeowner were long past.

Together, they resolved to create a new, socially aware, environmentally responsible, company to address the needs of homeowners, business owners, and building professionals. As experienced business owners themselves, they knew that it was absolutely necessary to be responsive to a customer’s needs if they wanted to succeed. And succeed they will!
